About the jobResponsible for delivering an exceptional beverage and dining service for our travelers in accordance with Grand Circle Cruise Line (GCCL) standards, while contributing to a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Leading, coordinating, supporting, motivating, training, and evaluating restaurant and bar staffMonitoring and ensuring beverage and dining service is up to the highest standardsEnsuring hygiene and maintenance of all service area is being upheldResponsible for ordering, margins, POS transactions, cost and stock controlHandling and resolving travelers concernsany other duties advised by Hotel ManagerSkills/Qualifications:At least 2 years of relevant job experience, preferably on passenger shipsAbility to work as part of a team in a collaborative environmentFriendly and energetic attitudeProven leadership abilities and communication skillsStrong organizational and motivational skills and coaching abilitiesWillingness to learn and progressGood command of EnglishWhat
