Decision making happens on the shop floor by the people doing the work, in real time, for immediate impact and a better overall employee experience.With over 1000 customers, 1200 plants and 325,000 users, Redzone is changing the way people work – one plant at a time.Under the leadership of the Solutions Director, the Solutions Consultant is responsible for managing all activities related to pre-sales and resource planning. This position is full time, exempt, remote and requires travel in the EU/UK per business needs up to 75% of the time during peak sales periods.Fluency in German and English are required.Responsibilities:Influence prospective customers with support onsite and provide remote executive overviewsLead onsite and remote opportunity blitzes / assessments for prospective customersProvide mentorship and development for account executivesCreate technical scoping activitiesRapidly generate analyses such as ROIs, cashflows, and breakeven analysesCoordinate completion of RFP / RFQsRequired Skills:Fluency in German and EnglishStrong ability to influence executives and business ownersAbility to create relationships and gain trusted advisor status rapidly with prospective customersHigh business acumen (operations management, CAPEX planning, budgeting, P&L, etc)Experience with Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodologiesAdvanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Sound judgement and excellent assessment skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAble to successfully manage multiple deadlines and tasksKnowledge and ability to learn computer-based software required to perform successfully in this positionAbility to manage projects under tight deadlinesExcellent interpersonal and organizational skillsAbility to work in a high paced, high growth environmentEducation/Experience:BA or BS – Relevant fields of study can include and are not limited to: Engineering, Manufacturing, Organizational Leadership/Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Management.At least 5 years in a Manufacturing Operations/CI/Compliance leadership role.About QAD and QAD Redzone:QAD Inc. is a leading provider of adaptive, cloud-based enterprise software and services for global manufacturing companies.
