In this role, you drive civil works and infrastructure projects at the San Pablo facility, balancing technical management with hands-on site execution. • Deliver civil works and infrastructure projects from initial technical management through site execution and completion
• Design facilities and office spaces tailored to operational needs with space optimization
• Manage site constructions, procedures follow-up, and technical activities to guarantee quality compliance
• Apply ESG concepts and sustainability principles across building designs and facility management
• Ensure strict financial control including CapEx/OpEx tracking and Risk & Opportunity management

• Engineering or Architecture degree with Master Habilitante
• Minimum 5 years experience in building & construction/infrastructure projects (10+ years preferred) as field engineer or technical project manager
• Strong building background with project/planning management, quality assurance, procedure follow-up, and administration/license management
• Advanced English (negotiation level)
• Excellent communication and leadership, team management, customer focus, and continuous improvement
• Nice to have: experience managing construction projects in the industrial sector
