In this role you will support the Data Intelligence Team within a global aviation tech environment. You will work in a small Agile group delivering mission-critical software and crafting robust APIs and data pipelines. You’ll contribute to scalable microservices on Kubernetes, maintain CI/CD and documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decisions. - Collaborate in a small Agile engineering team to deliver business-critical software
- Write high-quality code and robust merge requests
- Develop APIs with FastAPI and manage distributed tasks with Ray
- Handle data collection and storage using SQLAlchemy and Polars
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and documentation
- Scale a microservices architecture on Kubernetes
- Contribute to technical designs, knowledge sharing, retrospectives, and demos
- Collaborate with other teams to enable usage of our software
- Experience with Python
- Experience with FastAPI or similar web frameworks
- Experience with SQL and ORMs like SQLAlchemy (preferred) or alternatives
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks like Ray (preferred) or PySpark/Dask
- Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes
