In this role you will lead IAM process transformation in a global setting, analyzing and improving identity lifecycle workflows while coordinating with business and technical stakeholders. You’ll document requirements, support governance, and drive continuous IAM service improvements. You work within a supportive, growth‑oriented team that values mentorship and cross‑functional collaboration. - Analyze and document IAM end-to-end processes, identify gaps and risks, and propose improvements
- Coordinate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into process docs, user stories, and functional specs
- Support governance activities and contribute to continuous IAM service improvement
- Lead or contribute to IAM transformation initiatives and identity lifecycle governance
- Adapt to a variety of projects and environments, maintaining delivery within a 40-hour workweek
- Experience in process management, IAM, IT Service Management or similar environments
- Strong process mapping, requirements gathering and documentation skills
- Understanding of Identity & Access Management and identity lifecycle processes
- Experience working with technical, operational and business stakeholders
- Strong analytical mindset and continuous improvement approach
