ExperienceSignificant experience in management consulting with a strong focus on operations consulting, operational excellence, or business transformationProven track record leading large-scale transformation programmes across multiple industriesExperience delivering measurable improvements in productivity, operational performance, cost optimisation, or organisational effectivenessDemonstrated success in business development, account management, and building long-term client relationshipsExperience working with mining, metals, oil and gas, chemicals, industrial, manufacturing, energy or other asset-intensive organisationsCapabilitiesStrong commercial acumen and business development capabilityAbility to build credibility and influence at the C-suite and executive levelProven team leadership and people development experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilitiesEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and unlock growth opportunitiesEducation & LanguagesBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Economics, or a related disciplineFluency in Spanish and English is requiredPortuguese language skills would be advantageousMobilityWilli
