La figura si occuperà inoltre della gestione diretta del personale dell'area logistica e delle loro attività, nonché della divisione adibita all'inserimento ordini e gestione post vendita.Main tasks:Elabora le procedure necessarie per controllare il flusso di produzione e assicurare il raggiungimento degli standard di qualitàAssicurare l'aderenza agli standard ISO 9001 e altre normative rilevantiSupervisiona e mantiene aggiornati i manuali di qualità, le procedure e la documentazione correlataEduca i dipendenti sugli standard di qualità e sui processi necessari per raggiungerli e mantenerliConduce audit interni per verificare la conformità agli standard di qualità e identificare aree di miglioramentoAnalizza i processi aziendali per ottimizzarli e renderli più efficaci col supporto di risorse dedicateGestisce il personale di magazzino e produzione (assemblaggio), coordinandone le attività e supervisionando le stesse, supportato dal responsabile logisticoGestisce il team del Customer service, formato da back office (inserimento ordini), front office (gestione post vendita) e acquisti, coadiuvato dalla responsabile del gruppoSi interfaccia con i colleghi di casamadre per la gestione dei progetti e delle attività a livello globaleSi interfaccia con i colleghi degli altri reparti aziendali per la gestione di problematiche o attività relative al flusso dei prodottiRequisiti: La risorsa ideale, laureata in discipline tecniche o cultura equivalente, deve aver maturato almeno 10 anni di esperienza in ruoli similari in contesti aziendali multinazionali. Principali skill richieste:- Conoscenza standard certificazioni (es ISO 9001)- Familiarità con le normative di settore e i requisiti legali in tema di salute e sicurezza- Conoscenza tecniche di analisi dati di qualità- Conoscenza del processo di produzione e relative tempistiche- Conoscenza di SAP- Conoscenza avanzata della lingua inglese- Attenzione ai dettagli, capacità di risolvere problemi, competenze comunicative e organizzative, e capacità di leadership- Capacità di problem solving- Capacità organizzative- Integrazione e collaborazione con tutte le aree aziendali- Gestione dello stress- Gestione del tempo e capacità di gestione della "priorità vs. urgenza"- Passione e curiosità- Spirito d'iniziativa e creatività- Chiarezza comunicativa- Riservatezza- Affidabilità- Responsabilità- Autonomia- Flessibilità- Orientamento agli obiettivi- Attitudine al cambiamento- Precisione e ordine
