Reporting directly to the Spain Sales Manager and managing 10 commercial delegates based on any of the action areas. Management of the sales budget and business objectives in the assigned area. Manage and lead the assigned sales team, using the appropriate tools and means to achieve their quantitative and qualitative objectives and applying the company's commercial policy, being responsible for the sales established in their region and its profitability. Sales data analysis and interpretation. You will structure the work areas of your sales force and at the same time motivate, support and develop your team. Implement the development of the sales plan. Area sales forecasting Identify business opportunities and know the market situation of the competition.
