• Build and maintain analytical infrastructure (dashboards, trackers, performance tools) to quickly understand business state across XL
• Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews ensuring data accuracy and clear storytelling
• Monitor KPIs, detect negative trends and opportunities, and investigate root causes for rapid action
• Translate analyses into actionable recommendations for commercial and leadership stakeholders
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and QBR processes with bottom-up analysis
• Challenge existing processes and reporting structures to drive smarter ways of operating Responsabilidades
• 2-4 years of experience in a role combining structured problem-solving with commercial exposure
• Strong business mindset with data-driven approach
• Fluent in data handling; spreadsheet fluency required; SQL and BI tools are a plus
• Excellent communication skills to distill complex analysis for leadership
• Highly organized with a track record of owning recurring deliverables
• Autonomous, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
