Sales Director - Norwegian market Management Events Ready to lead one of Europe’s most exciting B2B growth stories and the largest business network in the region? Mission We’re looking for a Sales Director to lead our Norwegian sales team based in Barcelona or Oslo. In this role you’ll not only lead but also actively drive sales – selling our services to solution providers in the Swedish market while setting the standard for your team. Responsibilities Drive Norwegian market’s sales growth through your own sales efforts and leadership (division roughly 50/50), leading from the front and closely collaborating with Sales Directors from other markets. Open new customers and build strong retention; drive a high регулярно performance culture by being an example and active on‑the‑job coach to the team. Lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales managers to exceed ambitious targets, track and drive KPIs. Collaborate cross‑functionally with product and customer success teams, bringing insights from the market, customers, and the broader economic environment. Report to Sales Director Norway in Stockholm. Qualifications 5+ years of B2B sales experience and 2+ years in leadership roles, managing 5–10 direct reports ranging from BDRs to AEs. Strong understanding of the Norwegian market, including its sales dynamics and B2B operating environment. Strong network within technology and consultancy companies; background in sponsorship sales for large‑scale business conferences is a plus. Strong business acumen with strengths in leading sales process, managing pipeline, accurate forecasting of team results, and reporting sales performance. Excellent business‑level communication skills in Norwegian and fluency in English. Experience with consultative, solution‑based sales cycles.
