Desde Marlex estamos colaborando con Knauf Insulation, empresa multinacional alemana ubicada en Sant Boi de Llobregat que requiere incorporar a su plantilla un/a Customer Service Team Leader para liderar el equipo de 5 personas que componen el departamento actualmente.¿Cuál será tu misión en la empresa?Atención al cliente: Dar cobertura a los clientes, gestionar compras y logística.Coordinar procesos de reclamaciones con clientes y plantas en CRM.Realizar reuniones periódicas con los demás Managers para definir y orientar la estrategia de negocio.Organizar el flujo de trabajo según prioridad y tipología de cliente.Formar al equipo sobre la operativa de tramitación de pedidos y solicitudes, así como apoyarles en estas gestiones cuando sea necesario.Detectar y desarrollar mejoras vinculadas a la mejora en la atención al cliente e implementarlas.Al perfil seleccionado se le ofrece:Pertenecer a una empresa consolidada en su sector.Entorno de trabajo profesional e internacional.Oportunidades de carrera y desarrollo profesional.Flexibilidad laboral.
