What You Will Be DoingRecommend, lead and execute business analysis plans for new and existing projectsProduce complex business process model flows (BPM flows) and develop SOP’s/ job aidsRecognize and recommend opportunities for innovations, automations, and increased productivityTake ownership of initiatives and work independently to successful conclusionEvaluate business requests and needs against the strategyLead any European project from start to finish (business case development, project plan, execution, implementation, hyper care supportMaintain close partnerships with collaborating departments e.

Engage with all levels of business stakeholders to identify business needsWhat Do You Bring With YouBachelor's/ MSc Degree in Industrial/ Process Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related discipline3+ years of experience in Process Engineering, Business Process Management, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Business Analysis, or Transformation ProgramsProven experience mapping, analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing end-to-end business processes.
Demonstrated success delivering measurable improvements in productivity, efficiency, cycle times, quality, and customer outcomesExperience working within regulated environments where process compliance, governance, and risk management are criticalStrong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement capabilities, process mapping expertise, and familiarity with continuous improvement frameworks such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM methodologies will be highly valuedProficient use of Microsoft 365 suite (Generic, One Note, MS Lists, Visio, Power BI, Copilot)Oracle Database
