Enterprise Business Developer – Shakers, Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain Shakers is looking for an Enterprise Business Developer to elevate our Enterprise Sales team. Responsibilities Prospect, benchmark, define a strategic plan, and implement it. Qualify leads and generate commercial opportunities. Understand corporate challenges and present value proposition. Schedule qualified meetings with Account Executives, ensuring smooth handoffs. Provide weekly reports on activities and key objectives, focusing on performance metrics. Draw insights from weekly data and refine strategies. Qualifications 2-5 years in technology consulting, head‑hunting, or tech sales of high AOV products. Passion for selling and ambition to build a sales career. Familiar with technical sector jargon for business discussions. Degree in engineering or management, technical background a plus. Knowledge and interest in startup ecosystem. Great communication skills to build relationships with technical profiles and C‑level execs. Results‑oriented with strong conviction. Proficiency with KPIs, dashboards, analytics; data‑driven profile. Proactive and owner of projects and responsibilities. Strong persuasion skills. Creative and adaptable to new challenges. Compensation Salary range: 56,000€–90,000€ OTE gross annual salary. Package includes fixed salary of 28,000–45,000€, up to 3,400€ quarterly bonus (7.5%), and uncapped commissions.
