This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales development and learn essential skills in lead generation, customer relationship management, and market analysis.What you’ll do:Lead Generation: Assist in identifying and prospecting potential customers through research and outreach strategies, including cold calling and email campaigns.Customer Engagement: Engage with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and social media to introduce Boomi’s solutions and set up initial meetings for the sales team.Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to gather information on industry trends, target accounts, and potential leads to inform sales strategies.Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Development Reps and the marketing team to align outreach efforts and effectively communicate Boomi’s value proposition.CRM Management: Update and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate information on leads, activities, and customer interactions.Reporting: Assist in preparing sales reports and dashboards to track outreach efforts, lead progress, and overall sales metrics.Learning and Development: Participate in team meetings and training sessions to gain insights into sales strategies, tools, and best practices.Minimum Requirements:Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen interest in customer engagement.Basic understanding of sales concepts and techniques is a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)A proactive and motivated approach with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.Why Join Us:Practical experience in a fast-paced sales environment focused on lead generation and customer relationship management.Opportunities to work alongside experienced sales professionals and learn essential sales techniques.A supportive team culture that values collaboration, creativity, and personal growth.Flexible working arrangements and a chance to contribute to impactful projects.Potential for full-time employment upon successful completion of the internship.Be Bold.
