New Development:Execution and documentation of feasibility studiesSpecification and project management of the development of new solutionsOwn the product/solution through the complete life cycle (from invention to maintenance considerations) in collaboration with partners and managementManage & document process, project, specifications, and drawingsExisting Machines:Supervision of the build process during the manufacturing of the machines by our partnersResponsible for installation, integration, and maintenance throughout the machine lifecycleProblem analysis, support, and troubleshooting via remote diagnostics and on
- site in Northern EuropeRequirementsProven experience of 3+ years in automation as Automation, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineer or similar roleTrack record of deploying automation solutions (machines) in the fieldApply solution thinking (consider all aspects of the automation solution)Mindset of ownership of the productProject management skillsAs it has not been done before, apply agile work style to iterate quickly to get to solutionWork self-directed and solution oriented (we are a remote first company)Excellent communication skillsOutstanding analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in customer interaction/client-facingB.
Sc. in Automation, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering or similar field; Master's degree is a plusWilling and excited to travel up to 80% of total timeEnglish proficiency
