AtRevlon, a leading multinational cosmetic company, we are seeking a Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team and play a key role in developing accurate demand forecasts that support our commercial strategy and business growth. This role sits at the heart of the organization, partnering closely withSales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning and contributing directly to the company's success.Developmid- to long-term plans (up to 18 months) andshort-term weekly forecasts Analyzesales history, POS data, inventory, and trendsto identify risks and opportunities Manage demand changes within thetime fencein coordination with Supply Planning Drivecontinuous improvementin forecast accuracy and planning processesBachelor’s degree (Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or similar; 3–5 years of Supply Chain experience, including 2+ years in Demand Planning ~ Strong knowledge ofSAP, APO, or Manugistics ~ AdvancedExcelskills ~ Fluent Spanish ~ Fluent English required (C1) ~ Strong understanding of Supply Chain fundamentals Ability to manage the development of multi-category brand forecasts for regular business and special events. Proven ability to analyze and consolidate large volumes of data, develop a fact-based point of view, and communicate it effectively and convincingly.Work in aglobal, iconic beauty company
