At Revlon , a leading multinational cosmetic company, we are seeking a Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team and play a key role in developing accurate demand forecasts that support our commercial strategy and business growth.Antes de solicitar este puesto, por favor, lea la siguiente información sobre esta oportunidad que encontrará a continuación.This role sits at the heart of the organization, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning and contributing directly to the company's success .Develop mid- to long-term plans (up to 18 months) and short-term weekly forecastsAnalyze sales history, POS data, inventory, and trends to identify risks and opportunitiesManage demand changes within the time fence in coordination with Supply PlanningDrive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy and planning processesBachelor's degree (Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or similar; 3–5 years of Supply Chain experience , including 2+ years in Demand Planning~ Strong knowledge of SAP, APO, or Manugistics~ Advanced Excel skills~ Fluent Spanish~ Fluent English required (C1)~ Strong understanding of Supply Chain fundamentalsAbility to manage the development of multi-category brand forecasts for regular business and special events. xcskxlj Proven ability to analyze and consolidate large volumes of data, develop a fact-based point of view, and communicate it effectively and convincingly.Work in a global, iconic beauty company
