At Revlon , a leading multinational cosmetic company, we are seeking a Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team and play a key role in developing accurate demand forecasts that support our commercial strategy and business growth. This role sits at the heart of the organization, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning and contributing directly to the company's success . Develop mid- to long-term plans (up to 18 months) and short-term weekly forecasts Analyze sales history, POS data, inventory, and trends to identify risks and opportunities Manage demand changes within the time fence in coordination with Supply Planning Drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy and planning processes Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or similar; 3–5 years of Supply Chain experience , including 2+ years in Demand Planning ~ Strong knowledge of SAP, APO, or Manugistics ~ Advanced Excel skills ~ Fluent Spanish ~ Fluent English required (C1)~ Strong understanding of Supply Chain fundamentals Ability to manage the development of multi-category brand forecasts for regular business and special events. Proven ability to analyze and consolidate large volumes of data, develop a fact-based point of view, and communicate it effectively and convincingly. Work in a global, iconic beauty company
