McMaster Yachts Ltd. is seeking a Rotational Captain for a 40m+ sailing yacht based in Palma. The successful candidate will onboard a private vessel and lead sailing operations, maintenance, and crew coordination.
The role requires a solid sailing background, a Master 500 license, and comfortable handling engineering aspects of a high-end yacht. The position starts in January with a planned early-February cross to the Caribbean; the incoming Captain will also manage logistics for a 50ft Riva
