We’re looking for a Payroll & Labor Administration Specialist to join our People team. This role is essential to ensuring our employee processes—from onboarding to payroll to contract management—are executed with rigor, compliance, and a deep understanding of Spanish labor law. You’ll play a key part in the operational heart of VICIO, supporting the fast-paced growth of our team while making sure everything runs smoothly, legally, and on time. What you'll do: Manage and process payroll on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance. Prepare and manage Social Security contributions and filings through platforms such as Sistema RED, SILTRA, DELTA, and Contrat@. Handle employee lifecycle administrative tasks, including new hires, terminations, contract modifications, and formalizations. Manage sick leave and medical leave notifications: IT, confirmation, and return to work processes. Detect and resolve payroll-related issues or discrepancies. Present and manage declarations of IRPF and ensure accurate reflection of withholdings and benefits. Work with payroll systems such as A3 / a3innuva / Sage / Cegid Meta4, contributing to process improvements and optimizations. What you’ll bring: 3 to 5 years of experience in payroll management and labor administration. Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law and current legislation. Prior experience working with official labor platforms: Sistema RED / SILTRA / DELTA / Contrat@. Experience using one or more payroll management systems: A3 / a3innuva / Sage / Meta4. A high level of attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast, precise, and organized way. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
