Labor Relations Consultant

Reporting to Core HR Director in People Department the Labor Relations Consultant will work with employees, HR Business Partners, Recruiters, Legal, Finance and Controlling, Ethics&Compliance, Work Councils, and internal partners like Outsourced Payroll, Law Firms, and other stakeholders, interacting with them in a day to day basis to provide advice, accurate information and coaching in employee and labor relations management ítems.
**Main Responsabilities**
- As a member of Core HR Team, participate in the management of outsourced Payroll and other partners like Law Firms, Compensation & Benefits providers, Work Councils, Unions, Labor Administrations and the rest of stakeholders we will interact every day.
- Be a trusted advisor to HRB’S, employees and managers, coaching, advising, and empowering them in employee relation issues and any concern they ask for.
- Make a positive impact in the employee experience through every case you manage, ensuring all participants feel heard and respected every step of the way.
- Working with HR Business Partners and leaders to optimize team health and shape the Ferrer culture, living the values and the purpose of the Company.
- Analyze employee relations trends, and partner with internal stakeholders to improve our processes and develop proactive strategies, programs, and policies.
- Participate in other functional work by leading and participating in related special projects, as applicable.
- At least 4 years of HR experience in Labor Relations Management and Payroll roles.
- Graduate in Labor Relations, Labor Sciences or similar.
- Experience in SAP and Success Factors.
- English level B2.
