¿Quieres trabajar como Team Lead (H/M) para la plataforma líder de venta de coches en Europa? ¿Tienes experiencia gestionando equipos de comerciales?Estamos en busca de perfiles de Team Lead (H/M) ambiciosos que deseen unirse a nuestra empresa en crecimiento y tengan el deseo de avanzar en el sector.Responsabilidades:Contribuir a la estrategia y plan de crecimiento de Auto1.com.Cumplimiento de KPIs y optimización de resultados, centrándose en el rendimiento de los equipos de ventas y en la satisfacción del cliente.Consecución de objetivos mensuales establecidos.Resolución de incidencias y seguimiento de clientes nuevos y ya existentes.Mejora de procedimientos y búsqueda de excelencia con el cliente.Liderar y gestionar un equipo comercial así como un portfolio de clientes.Reporte directo al Responsable del Departamento.Requisitos:Grado o Licenciatura en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Comercio y Marketing, Comercio Internacional o afines a la posición.Amplia experiencia como comercial. Valorable experiencia en venta a través de leads.Al menos 2-3 años de experiencia previa gestionando y liderando equipos de ventas.Nivel alto de Office, especialmente Excel.
