**Sus futuras misiones**:

- Formar parte de un equipo motivado y con talento encargado de generar colaboradores
- Dirigir un equipo de comerciales en el mercado español, especializado en captación** **en frío, formación y cierre de colaboraciones.
- Supervisar diariamente la actividad** **y el rendimiento del equipo para definir y aplicar planes de acción** **para sobrepasar objetivos.
- Apoyar, formar, unir y motivar** **a un equipo de** **4 a 6 personas.
- Participar en los procesos de RRHH (contratación, evaluaciones semestrales).
- Tu responsable estará presente a diario, así como durante reuniones** **semanales, para formarte, ayudarte a progresar y alcanzar tus metas.
- Trabajarás codo con codo con los demás equipos del departamento B2B, como Key Account Management y Strategic Partnerships

**Perfil requerido**:

- Idiomas: español nativo - inglés fluido
- Experiência mínima de 1 año en ventas B2B
- Ser un/a líder inspirador/a y mantener una actitud positiva
- Tener experiência en la gestión de un equipo comercial
- Visión estratégica, analítica, organizada y resolutiva
- Utilización de herramientas CRM y desarrollo de automatizaciones y análisis para impulsar crecimiento
- Dotes comerciales, de negociación y de comunicación, como también atención al cliente
