TU ROLDirector de Operaciones, en Ciempozuelos (Madrid).¿QUÉ VAS A HACER?- Liderar la estrategia de la división de Compound Workshop con el objetivo de asegurar la cifra de ventas y los presupuestos, así como la calidad de servicio acordada con el cliente. Optimización de la Operativa a nível global para la consecución de los objetivos definidos a nível Iberia.
- Definir el Plan Estratégico de la División con el fin de optimizar la gestión operativa, atendiendo las necesidades del Cliente. Seguimiento exhaustivo de los compromisos con clientes (expedición y distribución).
- Definir y gestionar el presupuesto de la División, así como el diseño y supervisión del presupuesto de cada uno de los contratos, aplicando las medidas correctoras oportunas y necesarias que garanticen la rentabilidad del contrato.
- Desarrollar estándares de servicio al cliente, fijar normas cuantitativas, evaluar el desempeño real de cadaelemento del servicio y definir la aplicación de medidas correctivas.
- Asegurar relaciones de trabajo provechosas con el cliente para identificar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de desarrollo del contrato.
- Estudiar, desarrollar y establecer métodos y sistemas de planificación productivos.
- Dirigir, coordinar y motivar el equipo a cargo, manteniendo una filosofía de trabajo basado en la Mejora Continua y los procesos y Cultura LEAN.
- Participar en la gestión del Sistema de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales.
- Actuar de acuerdo con los procedimientos y normas de calidad, seguridad y medio ambiente y seguir las instrucciones facilitadas por su responsable en dichas materias, así como segregar correctamente los residuos generados durante su actividad.
- Gestión avanzada de personas y equipos asegurando una estructura adecuada del departamento. Motivar, formar y desarrollar a sus colaboradores para optimizar el desempeño del departamento.
- Elaborar, o en su caso revisar, la documentación necesaria en su ámbito de responsabilidad de acuerdo con la política establecida por la dirección y con la normativa de calidad, prevención de riesgos y medio ambiente (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 Y OHSAS 18001) y la legislación vigente.
- Colaborar y desarrollar cualquier otra tarea que le sea encomendada por la Compañía, dentro del ámbito de la organización y acorde a su responsabilidad.

¿QUÉ ESTAMOS BUSCANDO?- Ingeniero Industrial ó Titulado Universitario en Económicas, ADE, Empresariales.
- Entre 5 y 8 años de experiência gestionando cuentas de mediano y gran volumen en sector logístico y gestionando equipos de volumen superior a 200 pax.
- Imprescindible experiência en el sector de FVL (logística del vehículo terminado) y Compound.
- Experiência internacional, gestionando centros y clientes en diferentes países.
- Inglés Nível Alto.
