The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SaaS environments, particularly in digital signature solutions, with a proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams. As a Team Leader, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers and Account Executive team while contributing to the growth and improvement of our services.What will you do in Signaturit?Team Management: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 5-7 members, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate team performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular feedback and implementing improvement plans when necessary.Sales Methodology: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by value selling and resolving customer challenges promptly and effectively, collaborating with other departments as needed.Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and customer experience.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Sales Development, Presales, and Marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery and to contribute to product enhancements.Training Development: Develop and deliver training programs to upskill team members, keeping them updated with the latest product features and industry trends.Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, customer feedback, and operational challenges to senior management.Strategic Planning: Contribute to the strategic planning of the department, helping to set long-term goals and identify areas for growth and development.Technology Tools: Stay informed about the latest SaaS tools and technologies, recommending and implementing solutions that improve team performance and customer satisfaction.What skills will make you perfect?Experience:Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role within a SaaS company, with a focus on digital signature solutions or related fields.Education: Fluent English.Skills:Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams.Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.Proficient in using CRM, project management, and communication tools (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, Teams).Solid understanding of SaaS business models, digital signature technologies, and cloud-based solutions.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Familiar with MEDDIC sales methodology.Which benefits do we offer to our team?Flexible remote work.Working hour flexibility.Summer hours on Fridays in July and August.Free health insurance for the employee and a discount for children.Flexible compensation plan with Coverflex.English or French classes with native teachers.Technical training with specialized platforms.Birthday off.Referral bonus.Catering service at the office.Free coffee and snacks at the office.We are looking forward to meeting you
