About the Role
We are looking for Robotics AI Data Collection Operators to support the development of next-generation intelligent robotic systems.
In this role, you will interact directly with robotic platforms, perform structured tasks, and generate high-quality demonstration data used to train advanced AI models.
Your work will contribute to the development of robots capable of performing real-world tasks across homes, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and service environments.
ResponsibilitiesRobot OperationOperate robotic systems using teleoperation interfaces and specialized controllersPerform demonstrations of physical tasks to generate training dataExecute repetitive tasks with a strong focus on consistency and qualityFollow detailed operational procedures and data collection protocolsData Collection & AnnotationCapture and validate training data generated during robot operationReview completed demonstrations for quality and accuracyAssist with annotation and verification activitiesMaintain detailed records of completed tasksl> Continuous ImprovementProvide feedback on robot behavior and task executionSupport testing of new robotic workflowsHelp improve data collection procedures and operational efficiencyExample TasksPicking and placing objectsSorting items into designated containersOpening and closing containersFolding clothing and textilesAssembly and manipulation tasksMulti-step operational workflowsRequirementsEssentialExcellent attention to detailStrong hand-eye coordinationAbility to follow detailed instructionsComfortable performing repetitive tasksBasic computer skillsNice to HaveExperience with gaming controllers or simulation platformsManufacturing, assembly, laboratory, or technical experienceInterest in robotics, AI, automation, or emerging technologiesExperience in quality assurance or process-driven environmentsWhat
