At Instagrid you are part of the clean-tech revolution by bringing pure energy into your region, helping professional workers transitioning away from combustion generators and making it possible for them to experience a safe, efficient, clean and silent energy solution.As a Customer Success Manager (f/m/d) for Northern Spain, you will be the primary point of contact for our key clients, embodying the essence of Instagrid. Your role is crucial in ensuring an exceptional user experience and driving the adoption of our technology among our customers.Take full proactive responsibility for implementing framework agreements with major clients, ensuring a positive experience with our product portfolio across all client branches.Continuously expand and strengthen your network within assigned accounts, supporting their success with our solutions.Promote both established and new applications across various business units of key accounts with creativity and enthusiasm.Provide product training and guidance to users, ensuring they are confident and effective with our solutions.Ensure clients have all necessary information to work efficiently with our products and that all inquiries are thoroughly addressed.Maximize product utilization to deliver the highest value and impact for our customers.Excellent strategic mindset with outstanding communication and negotiation skills in Spanish at all levels, including the ability to deliver impromptu presentations.Strong proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.Highly organized, with the ability to meet deadlines and perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.Proven ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.University degree in Marketing or a related field.Demonstrated expertise in negotiation techniques.Strong hunter mentality with a clear sales-driven profile.3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the construction and/or machinery rental industries.Valid driver’s license (Class B) required.English proficiency is a plus.Your benefitsCompetitive salary with fixed and performance-based componentsFlexible schedule and remote work optionsElectric company car for business and private use30 vacation days plus 5 special leave days and 5 baby leave daysJoin a company at the forefront of innovationLaptop (Mac or Windows) and smartphone (Apple or Samsung)This is InstagridPure instant power.
