• Deliver strategic outputs on applying behavioral science and technology to improve patient journeys in studies
• Support quantitative or qualitative analysis to generate insights and client-ready reports
• Contribute to development of intellectual property for future consulting engagements
• Collaborate with SME teams to produce high-impact reports, including usability testing and monitoring patient experience data
• Assist with business development and proposal activities Responsabilidades
• Proven analytical, interpretative and problem-solving skills
• Interest in patient-centered research (e.g., Clinical Outcome Assessment, PRO; electronic implementation a plus)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build credibility with diverse stakeholders
• Commercial awareness and interest in healthcare / life sciences
• Strong IT literacy (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Good time management and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
