TRAINEE C&B page is loaded## TRAINEE C&Blocations: BARCELONAtime type: Full timeposted on: Publicado hace 3 díasjob requisition id: **CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**Reporting support (headcount, business reporting, etc.)Masterdata maintenanceBe a contact point for Almirall Spain employees, helping them with contracting of services/products and other queries.Support managing different Almirall insurances (medical, life and accident) with the broker.Support fleet manager the car benefit incidences.Document drafting ad processing (communication salary increase letters, certificates, etc.)Ad-hoc support in C&B projects**PREFERRED SKILLS & COMPETENCES**Service minded person with a high level of customer service.Analytical, high attention to detail and with a ‘hands-on’ attitude.Team player, accountable, discreet and results driven.Positive, dynamic and very enthusiastic about learning.Self-organization skills.Expert level knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel (vlookup, pivot tables and charts). Experience in Workday is an advantage.High interpersonal skills.Intermediate level of English required, advanced desirable.**REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**Degree (Master / Bachelor) in Labor Relations, Economics or Business, or similar.
