Braun Medical, we are searching for ambitious, high‑potential graduates to join our International Finance Trainee Program, a comprehensive two‑year journey designed to develop future finance leaders through hands‑on experience, strategic exposure, and global collaboration. This unique program combines structured international training with in‑depth local rotations across core finance functions, offering you a solid foundation to grow within one of the world’s leading healthcare companies. Responsibilities Controlling Work with KPIs, dashboards (Power BI) and analytical P&L. Support budgeting, cost center controlling, and variance analysis. Participate in process improvements in the SAP CO module. Accounting Gain experience in journal entries, general ledger and month‑end closing. Learn to interpret financial statements and use SAP FI. Tax Understand key taxes (VAT, payroll, corporate tax). Assist with audit preparations and learn basics of international taxation and intercompany flows. Credit Management & Collections Support collections, dispute management, and process alignment. Gain exposure to legal recovery procedures. Your Profile Master’s graduate (or final‑year student) in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics or related fields. Strong analytical skills and interest in international finance. Excellent English communication; additional languages are a plus. Global mindset and willingness to relocate for the international rotation. Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
