• Design and continuously improve I2P processes including capture, validation, matching, exceptions, payment execution, and reconciliation
• Drive deployment of global I2P solutions and eInvoicing platforms
• Define SOPs and support global standardization of I2P processes
• Specify business requirements for OCR, AI-driven validation, straight-through processing, and payment automation
• Monitor system performance and collaborate with IT on enhancements
• Analyze root causes of exceptions, rejections, and late payments; implement preventive measures
• Design controls to ensure invoice compliance with tax, terms, and contracts
• Collaborate with internal audit, legal, and tax for risk mitigation and compliance
• Define and track I2P KPIs (cycle time, on-time payment rate, touchless invoices)
• Use data analytics to identify opportunities and lead transformation initiatives
• Support cash flow forecasting and working capital optimization through timing strategies Responsabilidades
• Proven experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in a multinational
• Deep understanding of P2P processes and best practices
• Experience with P2P systems and related technologies
• SOX knowledge and fundamental accounting principles
• Project management experience with on-time, on-budget delivery
• Hands-on experience with E2E P2P solutions (SAP, VIM, Coupa, Tungsten, EDICOM)
• Experience with eInvoicing platforms (commercial and governmental) is a plus
• Healthcare and/or life-science industry experience preferred
