Key Responsibilities
Support customers via phone, email, and live chat Provide accurate product information and effective solutions Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain service quality
Requirements:
Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages: Dutch, French, German, Italian, Polish, Norwegian, Czech, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Hungarian, Slovak, Romanian, Bulgarian, or Croatian Excellent communication and problem-solving skills EU citizenship or valid work/residency permit in one of the listed countries Apply now by emailing: mohamed.magdy@cbtalents.org
