As an intern, you will gain hands‑on experience in digital project management, platform optimisation, and user experience while collaborating with international teams. What will be your mission? As part of the B2B Digital Sales team you will be responsible for the B2B Digital Sales tools and website worldwide. What will you do? Analyze the performance of our systems and tools. Create user‑management manuals for our tools. Pro‑actively perform UX tests on our B2B Digital platforms. Assist with training of the business units and ensuring all projects are correctly updated and communicated to all teams. Ensure response to JIRA issues. Assist on improving the look and feel of the tools. Ensure we communicate the tools accordingly to the business objectives. Develop, analyse, and update corporate data to understand performance of our tools and the business. Develop reports and presentations to support Management Decision‑Making Process. Update and secure the time planning of current projects and activities. What are we looking for? ExperienceNone required. Qualifications High‑school diploma or International Bachelor in Business Administration, Tourism, Trade, Project Management, or Marketing. High level of English and Spanish (spoken and written) are mandatory. Working knowledge of various computer software programs (Microsoft Office, TMS, etc.). Strong interest in digital tools and project coordination. Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive attitude. Basic knowledge of tools like Jira and SAP TMS or similar is a plus (not mandatory). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Power BI. Why choose us?
