Vamos a incorporar un/a Prescriptor/a y Técnico/a comercial en las Islas Baleares para impulsar el posicionamiento de nuestros productos en el canal de la prescripción y fortalecer la estrategia de venta en el canal de distribución, incluyendo la responsabilidad del canal hospitality a nivel nacional.Funciones principales:Canal de prescripción:Identificar y establecer relaciones con prescriptores clave en las Islas Baleares, como arquitectos, interioristas y consultores.Brindar asesoría técnica y comercial a prescriptores sobre nuestros productos y soluciones.Generar especificaciones para proyectos relevantes.Participar en eventos y seminarios para aumentar la visibilidad de la empresa.Colaborar con el equipo de marketing para desarrollar materiales de apoyo técnico y comercial.Mantenimiento y actualización del sistema de información de prescriptores y clientes orientados al Contract, proyectos en curso, etc. con el fin de identificar oportunidades.Identificar y visitar para dar a conocer la marca y sus materiales a los carpinteros e industriales de las islas.Canal de distribución:Fortalecer las relaciones con distribuidores existentes en las Islas Baleares.Identificar y desarrollar nuevos distribuidores potenciales.Brindar capacitación técnica y comercial a los distribuidores sobre nuestros productos.Monitorear el desempeño de los distribuidores y establecer estrategias para optimizar su rendimiento.Desarrollar e implementar una estrategia a nivel nacional para el canal hospitality.Identificar y establecer relaciones con clientes clave en el sector hotelero.Brindar asesoría técnica y comercial a clientes hospitality sobre nuestros productos y soluciones.Generar especificaciones técnicas y propuestas comerciales para proyectos hospitality.Participar en ferias y eventos del sector hospitality para aumentar la visibilidad de la empresa.Formará parte del equipo de Specification & Contracting y colaborará estrechamente con el Delegado de zona para las ventas.Requisitos:Sólidos conocimientos de los canales de prescripción, con experiencia en ventas técnicas y comerciales B2B.Valorable experiencia en el desarrollo e implementación de estrategias de hospitality.Valorable conocimiento de los productos derivados de la industria de la madera.Gran capacidad de comunicación e interlocución, actitud proactiva.Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y como parte de un equipo. Orientación a resultados.Disponibilidad para viajar (Islas Baleares y resto de España).Residencia en Palma o alrededores.Inglés valorable, mallorquín.Formar parte de un Grupo multinacional referente en el sector.
