Multinational company | Permanent positionEngineering company located in Castelldefels is seeking a highly professional HR Generalist to be responsible for coordinating the administration of company benefits, payroll, onboarding, and various other HR programs and functions. The HR Generalist will also assist with other human resources responsibilities including recruitment support and administrative tasks.Responsibilities:Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.Executes payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions, and fixing processing errors.Acts as a liaison between the organization and any external benefits providers and vendors, which may include health, disability, and retirement plan providers.Uses global Human Capital Management system to manage employee data, prepare offer packages, contracts, conduct reference checks, etc.Completes orientation process with new hires ensuring they are properly onboarded and receive all necessary information to enroll in benefits and other company programs.Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, and employee recognition events.Performs other duties as assigned.1 day home office.
