You serve as the primary point of contact for employees in Spain, providing essential support on HR-related inquiries in close collaboration with the HR team in France.Responsibilities:Process payroll for all employees accurately and timely with our external agencyProcess employee onboarding and offboarding activitiesAdminister employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations, and handle employee inquiries related to benefitsGuarantor of HR Ops processes in SpainEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulationsResponsible for being employee point of contact for all HR administrative related issuesEnsure personnel files maintenance and complianceManage employee data in HRIS systems, including data entry, system updates, and report generationWork with HR and finance teams to ensure that payroll information is accurate and up to date in HRIS systemsPrepare HR-related reports, such as headcount reports, turnover reports, diversity reports…Assist with other HR-related projects and initiatives as needed aimed at enhancing the employee experience and operational efficiencyIdentify opportunities for process improvement in HR operations, recommending and implementing changes to improve efficiency.Support in the animation of the Madrid’s office and the internal communication in coordination with the people experience teamRequirementsYou will be the ideal profile, if you have:Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field2-4 years of Human Resource operations experience or related field (including payroll)Knowledge of Spain Labor Law, collective agreements and Human Resource practicesExperience with HRIS systemsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsFluent written and verbal communication in Spanish, English and ideally in French.Interpersonal skillsBenefitsA passionate team with deep-rooted industry experience that will enable you to rapidly develop your skills.The opportunity to play a strategic role within a dynamic structure in an innovative and market-competitive industry.The prospect of internal evolution thanks to the structuring at both national and international levels of the Skeepers Group.The opportunity to join a group that enhances your entrepreneurial spirit and resourcefulness: unleash your creativity and ambitionsAccess to meal vouchers, health insurance and public transportation benefitsYou’ll have 22 vacation days, plus 24th, 31st of December and San Publicito are offFridays afternoons are off and during July and August we have a reduced timetableCentral Madrid office located a 3-minute walk from Retiro Park
