We are looking for a talented Technician Support for the IT Platform of a multinational leader in the banking sector located in Madrid. Support Responsibilities Support for internal bank users at their workstations, both hardware and software levels. Configuration of hardware equipment. English written and spoken skills. Experience on Product Support. Advanced knowledge on Windows Workstation. Call logging systems Service Now. Strong experience with Microsoft Windows platform including Windows 7 and Windows 10. MS Office 2016 & O365. Knowledge of LAN/WAN, Client Server and other Network applications. SMS Software Deployment tools. Network Share permissions. Microsoft Teams. Ability to troubleshoot remote connectivity. Ability to use remote control tools, Goverlan preferable. Permanent contract. Professional Development Access to an annual budget dedicated to advancing your skills through professional certifications.
