At ING we are looking for an IT Contract Management ExpertWe are looking for a talented and enthusiasticIT Contract Management Expertto join ourIT Strategic SourcingTeam of Gvernance and Operational Excellence CoE.The responsibility of this team is to ensure effective management of all the contractual lifecycle stages with suppliers, guaranteeing regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and service quality, supporting the business experts and other support teams.As an IT Contract Management Expert you will:Ensure the continuity of IT outsourced processes in accordance with legal, business, financial and CX requirements.Contract Lifecycle Management expertise: Periodic regulatory controls and audit reviews.Supplier Relationship Management skills: Regulatory Documentation management: Provides support on preparation and archiving contractual documentation in line with policies and regulatory requirements.Enabling Service Quality Monitoring self-monitoring: Enable tools and processes to monitor service quality KPIs (SLAs, KRIs, OCDs). Identify inefficiencies and contract overlaps.These are some of the qualities that we value the most for this role. Background related to operational and IT environmental Focus on cost efficiency projects Passion for negotiation, both on the financial side and in the day-to-day management of projects and activities. Organization and planning. Collaborative and Social skills and ease in dealing with third parties.
