Overview The Product Development Center (PDC) - Móstoles leads the development of our new EOX low&mid-rise system and its main components. We support the Manufacturing centers in Europe Africa, with focus in Móstoles, and we strive to provide the most competitive products. We are looking for a Hardware Electrical Engineer. The mission of the role is to support the design of global multifunctional teams for the overall Electrical System by defining and extending electrical applications following the defined requirements for our product. Responsibilities Analyze project requirements. Study and design the necessary solutions to meet the requirements given in product development. Analyze both European and International elevation standards. Analyze general electrical regulations applicable to design. Analyze, contribute and apply global design guidelines and internal regulations. Prepare documentation for new projects. Provide support in the preparation of technical documentation of the product (technical manuals). Support validation teams on DVT. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the proper integration of electrical systems with other project’s systems. Qualifications You hold a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline. 3+ years with electrical systems and system engineering knowledge. Comprehension of general electrical engineering concepts required. Experience in electrical development and system integration. Understanding of system level interfaces definition. Substantial level of understanding of elevator systems and codes preferred. General knowledge of lab test equipment. Good knowledge of engineering tasks and product development processes. Knowledge in the calculation and sizing of electrical installations. Experience in conducting load studies, short-circuit calculations, and protection coordination. Willingness to work in lab and test tower and adhere to all safety procedures and company safety standards. Fluent in English and Spanish.
