You hold a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or related technical discipline. 5+ years with low-mid ELV DC power supplies development, AC/DC converters, DC/AC converters and related technology. Experience on Power electronic PCB & PCBA design. Comprehension of general electrical engineering concepts required
- Understanding of power supplies control design, programming and implementation
- Experience with Pspice/Plecs/Matlab/Simulink or similar
- Understanding of elevator systems and codes is a plus
- Demonstrated experience with the use of computer-assisted engineering tools (e.g. Altium Designer) and general knowledge of lab test equipment
- Requires working in lab and test tower, therefore all employees must be willing to adhere to all safety procedures and company safety standards
- Ability to follow algorithms coded in the C programming language
- Understanding of motor drives control design is a plus
- Understanding on digital control algorithms for 2 and 3-phase switching power converters is a plus
- You speak fluent English and Spanish
