The role focuses on leading the Integration Team, ensuring high service levels, and driving strategic customer engagement to support growth and commercial success.What You'll Do:Lead, coach, and manage a team of TAM and Integration Analysts, driving high performance and professional growth.Oversee end-to-end technical onboarding for high-value merchants, ensuring tailored integration aligned with business objectives.Ensure every merchant goes live smoothly by streamlining implementation processes and eliminating bottlenecks.Support clients through API integration using clear documentation and best-practice guidance.Establish standardized procedures and maintain a robust knowledge base to enhance team efficiency and consistency.Collaborate with commercial stakeholders to execute strategies that maximize merchant success and revenue potential.Act as the central point of coordination between support and commercial teams, ensuring unified execution of merchant strategies.Optimize cross-team workflows and enhance internal communication for better alignment and execution.Monitor VIP merchant performance to identify opportunities for increased transaction volume and conversion.Track and manage team KPIs, ensuring alignment with company priorities and performance targets.What We're Looking For:Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and developing technical support teams.Ability to inspire and lead a team towards achieving both individual and organizational goals.Strong understanding of business and commercial processes, with the ability to align technical support efforts with broader business objectives.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong relationship-building skills, with a focus on fostering long-term client partnerships.Proficiency with ticketing systems and CRM tools like Jira, Freshdesk, and Salesforce.In-depth knowledge of technology and industry trends, with hands-on experience in API integrations, data analysis, and the use of technical tools such as Postman and SQL.Qualifications and ExperienceEducation:Bachelor’s degree in systems administration, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.Advanced certifications in technology or project management are highly desirable.Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Fintech industry, with a strong background in technical support, account management, or a related field.Demonstrated success in managing high-profile client relationships and leading technical support teams in a fast-paced environment.Extensive experience working closely with commercial teams to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.Travel availability is required.Why Join Us?Enjoy flexibility with 1 day of telework per week26 vacation days per year to recharge and refreshFree language & technical courses to level up your skillsFree daily catering & snacks at the office to keep you energizedPrivate health insurance for peace of mindA free afternoon off on your birthday - because you deserve itIf you’re passionate about tech, innovation, and want to thrive in an environment that values collaboration and diversity, this role might be the perfect fit for youApply today and help us shape the future of the PayTech industryTo get an idea of what life at PayRetailers is like, check out our Instagram and our About Us page.Our commitment to diversity, equity & inclusionAt PayRetailers, diversity, equity, and inclusion aren't just values – they're fundamental to who we are.
