Senior Account Executive (Agencia de Medios) MadridEstamos buscando un Senior Account Executive con sólida experiencia en la venta y desarrollo de negocio dentro del sector de Medios y Publicidad. Vas a ser responsable de liderar la captación de nuevos clientes, fortaleciendo las relaciones con los actuales y desarrollando alianzas estratégicas garantizando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de negocio.Responsabilidades:Definir y ejecutar el plan comercial de la compañía, alineado con los objetivos corporativos y las tendencias del mercado de medios y publicidad.Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes principales, asegurando una atención personalizada y el cumplimiento de sus necesidades.Identificar oportunidades de negocio y gestionar el ciclo completo de ventas, desde la prospección hasta el cierre de acuerdos.Monitorear el entorno competitivo y las tendencias del sector para ajustar las estrategias comerciales y generar nuevas oportunidades.Coordinar y motivar al equipo comercial, estableciendo metas claras y asegurando un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo.Liderar las negociaciones comerciales con clientes y proveedores, garantizando que las propuestas sean rentables y beneficiosas para ambas partes.Presentar informes periódicos sobre el rendimiento comercial, incluyendo previsiones de ventas, análisis de rentabilidad y cumplimiento de objetivos.Asistir a eventos, ferias y conferencias del sector para representar a la agencia, posicionar la marca y generar oportunidades de negocio.Requisitos:Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Publicidad o áreas afines. Un posgrado en áreas comerciales será valorado positivamente.Al menos 5 años de experiencia en roles comerciales en el sector de medios, publicidad o marketing, con un historial demostrado de logro de objetivos.Capacidad de desarrollar y mantener relaciones comerciales estratégicas, con excelentes dotes de negociación y presentación.Amplia comprensión del ecosistema de medios, tendencias publicitarias y el panorama digital.Habilidades para dirigir equipos, motivar a colaboradores y gestionar proyectos de forma eficiente.Foco en la consecución de objetivos comerciales y en la generación de ingresos de manera sostenible.Manejo de herramientas de CRM y software relacionado con ventas y análisis de datos.
