Key Account Manager Debt Collection Services

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Junior Sales Representative responsible for promoting and selling our debt collection services to companies. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a positive attitude towards teamwork, and extensive financial knowledge.Responsibilities:Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the B2B sector.Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our services to potential clients.Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients.Negotiate sales terms and conditions, ensuring customer satisfaction.Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and capture strategies.Perform post-sale follow-up to ensure customer loyalty.Meet established sales targets and report results to the management team.Requirements:Academic background in areas such as Business Administration, Law, Marketing, or Finance.Previous sales experience, preferably in financial services or debt collection (desirable).Communication skills in Spanish, English, and Portuguese (essential).Results-oriented with strong negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.What do we offer?A dynamic, international and challenging work environment.Training and support to reach your full potential including the opportunity for continuous professional development.Attractive terms and conditions, including competitive salary, pension package and a range of flexible benefits and rewards.Challenging tasks with individual development and training opportunities.
