This role is critical in optimizing our supply chain, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and driving cost savings.Responsibilities:Supplier Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues.Collaborate with suppliers to drive continuous improvement.Purchase Order Management:Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.Monitor order status and resolve any discrepancies.Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery.Inventory Management:Establish and maintain optimal stock levels for each item (safety stock, minimum order quantity).Analyze inventory data to identify opportunities for optimization.Supply Chain Vision and Optimization:Analyze the entire supply chain to identify potential bottlenecks and inefficiencies.ERP System Management:Manage Bill of Materials (BOM) in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and consistency.Collaborate with engineering and production teams to maintain up-to-date BOMs.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with quality, engineering, production, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.Communicate effectively to resolve issues and coordinate activities.Requirements:Experience with Netsuite (Oracle)Proficiency in ExcelExperience with Demand PlanningExcellent communication and collaboration skills.Resolutive and proactiveAble to withstand high levels of pressureDynamic and adapt to changesFluent in EnglishBenefits:Hybrid work schedule and half FridaysFirst-class private health, dental, and life insurance after your first month at WallboxFlexible compensation tickets valid for transportation, childcare, and restaurant/food delivery appsStock purchase planUnlimited access to LinkedIn for all your learning and development needsCar discounts & special advantages if you choose an EVReception to manage different services from any local store (Mayordomo)Free coffee to fuel your morningsVariety of breakfast and lunch dishes, every day, at a discounted price at our canteenPossibility of growing your career with performance conversations twice per yearWhy Wallbox?We kickstarted our journey in 2015, and from our Barcelona headquarters, we've spread our energy across 80+ countries and counting.
