The role involves drafting and reviewing a wide range of commercial and corporate agreements, including license agreements, SPAs, and NDAs. The successful candidate will negotiate contracts related to technology platforms and payment solutions, conduct legal research, and provide practical, business-oriented advice across cross-functional teams such as product, finance, and marketing.
Eligibility:Law degree, preferably from a common law jurisdiction.
Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in a commercial environment.
Proven experience in the iGaming industry.
Strong familiarity with data protection and privacy laws.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
