GSK is seeking a First Line Leader to manage and develop a team in our Spain operations. You will coach, set priorities, monitor KPIs, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while embedding GPS ways of working.

You will collaborate with Quality, EHS, HR and Supply Chain, drive continuous improvement, manage the team performance, and lead problem solving in daily operations within GMP environments.
