Lead and coordinatei)strategic projects toenhance collections processes and tools , ensuring alignment with business objectives . ,ii)Drive the implementation ofdigital and data-driven solutions to optimize collections performance and modernize collections processesthrough digitalization and automation.iii)Provide data-driven insights to optimize recovery strategies and operational efficiency.What are we looking for?Want to know if this job is made for you? Deep understanding of Collection processesDegree inBusiness, Economics, Engineering, or similar. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven mindset. Advanced Excel and SQL skills; experience with BI tools and SAS is desirable.
