**Your role and work environment**:
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Legal Collections expert to join our Collections Expert Unit, Team of Products and Public Entities Tribe.
The responsibility of this team is to make the difference by being customers’ partner in times of financial difficulties while protecting bank interest and our way of working is Agile.
**Your key responsibilities**:
**As a Legal Collections expert, you will**:
Positively contribute to the team responsible for delivering a high-quality recovery collections service.
Co-create and lead i) the strategy to achieve the best-in-class collections services and performance, ii) the external collections agencies and Law Firms coordination and monitoring, iii) the precise implementation of regulatory changes and requirements.

Expertise in managing legal collections services, for direct portfolios or third-party services, for more than 3 - 5 years.
Degree in Law from an accredited law school.
Proficient knowledge of enforcement, payments and bankruptcy procedures. Competent in Microsoft office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word ). Strong communications and negotiation skills
High Level of English.
Expertise in NPL portfolio sales processes (Unsecured and Secured) or experience in the banking industry will be valued.
