Early Collections Lead

**In ING we are looking for an Early Collections Lead**

**Your role and work environment**:
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic **Early Collections Lead** to join our **Collections Expert Unit**, Team of **Easy Financing Tribe.**

The responsibility of this team is to **make the difference by being customers’ partner in times of financial difficulties, while protecting bank interest** and our way of working is **Agile.**

**Your key responsibilities**:
As an **Early Collections Lead**, you will:
**Positively contribute** to the team responsible for delivering a high-quality early collections service, since pre-delinquency until legal collections starts.

**Co-create or lead i)** **the strategy and the roadmap** to achieve the best-in-class early collections services**, ii)** the precise and safe **execution of the operational** **processes **and automated collections workflow configuration in the Collections Tool, **iii)** the **external collections agencies coordination and monitoring**, **iv)** the evolution towards a more **data driven and digital** service.

**Expertise in** **managing and supervising in-house collections areas, **especially** **for early collections services, or **managing external debt collections agencies**, for more than 5 - 7 years.

Analytical skills, expertise in the banking industry, expertise or technical knowledge in collections software management or experience in digital collections will be valued.
