You will lead manufacturing operations across sites to achieve safety, quality, service, and cost targets. As part of Nutreco’s manufacturing network, you’ll coach high-performing teams and ensure compliance with health, safety, environment, and quality standards. You’ll monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and operational excellence. This role offers exposure to multiple plants in Spain and Portugal and a strong impact on sustainable food production.
Responsabilidades- Lead manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, service and cost targets
- Manage production, maintenance, and operational performance within a site
- Develop and coach teams to drive engagement and high performance
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality standards
- Monitor operational KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and operational excellence
- Experience in plant management, production management, manufacturing operations and continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience in feed, food, agricultural, or related manufacturing industries valued
- Experience in team leadership
- Fluent English; Fluent Spanish or Portuguese
